We are a guideline and protocol driven hospital and as a result provide evidence based, patient centered primary, secondary and tertiary health care services of the highest standard with integrity and are often sought out for honest, professional second opinions. We measure the quality of our services by our excellent clinical outcomes, consistent patient satisfaction and the value our services add to their lives. We have distinguished ourself by being the 1st hospital in Africa to achieve a level 5 Safe Care rating in 2016. This feat was repeated in 2020 following a re-accreditation exercise.
